Innovations Lab

Located in room 248, the Innovations Lab is a multi-functional workspace where students and faculty work with our Simulation Team to explore new technologies in patient simulation.

We want our students and faculty to feel empowered by the technology below, and work with us to discuss, create, and implement these technologies in classroom experiences.

We believe by doing so we foster more well rounded medical professionals.

3D DESIGN & PRINTING

Work with us to design and print custom medical devices, orthopedics, bones, organs, or custom concepts for use in your classrooms and/or simulations.

MOULAGE MOLD DESIGN

By leveraging our 3D printing methods custom molds can be crafted enabling quick reproducible moulage based content for use in simulations.

VIRTUAL REALITY

With this "empathy machine" we give participants new perspectives on patient interactions, the body, and opportunities to practice medical procedures in virtual environments.

360 VIDEO
